All dogs must be current on our three required vaccinations: Rabies, DHLPP and Bordatella.

Dogs over 7 months should be spayed/neutered.

Dogs are walked with metal chains (choker style) for security reasons. Dogs can be walked on a harness, but we will couple this to a choke for maximum security.

Dogs are not given food/treats from our stock without your permission so if you want them to receive treats we suggest you send your dog in in with some snacks.

Dogs who begin to act aggressively after their temperament evaluation toward others will be placed in time outs, if the aggression continues, they will be prohibited from returning.

No food bowls should be brought for boarding stays and bedding should all be machine washable in a standard washer. Beds that are seriously damaged/destroyed will be discarded. You bring these items at your own risk. Busy toys brought should not be favorites, we clean each kennel daily and these are occassionally misplaced.

Cancellation Policies:
Evals must be cancelled before close of business the day prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $10.
Outside of holidays, boarding and daycare does not require a specific cancellation, but a courtesy notice is greatly appreciated.
Holiday cancellations are done as follows:
No charge for cancelling more than a week prior to the beginning of a reservation. Cancellation within a week but more than 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation incurs a one night charge. Cancellation in under 48 hours incurs a two night charge. No show and failure to cancel incurs a three night charge.
Holiday cancellation policy is in effect for any reservation within three days of Memorial Day, Labor Day and July 4th or within one week of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
