order to keep Fog City Dogs a fun and safe place
for your best friend, all dogs must meet the following requirements: |

1. Temperament
Evaluation |
|
|
| |
All
new dogs must pass an onsite temperament evaluation prior to
scheduling daycare or lodge visits. Since all dogs are off-leash in the
play areas, aggressive dogs will not be accepted at our facilities.
Temperament evaluations are conducted by appointment only. |

2. Current
Vaccinations |
|
|
| |
All dogs must be
current on the following vaccinations: |

DHLPP |
| |
-
rabies |
| |
-
bordetella |
|
| |
3. Spayed/
Neutered |
|
|
| |
All dogs using the daycare/ play area must
be spayed or neutered. Puppies can remain unaltered and come
to daycare until they are 7 months old. |
